Help Our Vets and their Families. Head injury program for veterans slated today at YPD

WEST YARMOUTH — The Yarmouth Police Department will host a program for veterans on head injuries from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at the station at 1 Brad Erickson Way, in cooperation with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission Statewide Head Injury Program.
This program provides a range of community-based services to those who have sustained a traumatic brain injury including case management, social and recreational programs, training at regional head injury centers, respite, residential services and programs, and family support services.
Veterans and family members of veterans are invited to attend, and will have a chance to meet privately with a program coordinator. For more information, call 508-775-0445.
